  • The flat rate shipping and handling charges listed above are for shipments to the lower US 48 states.
  • All delivery times are quoted in business days, not including weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed by 1pm ET, will ship same day.
  • The cutoff for truck route orders is 1pm local time, 1 day prior to your truck route.
  • Certain items may require additional shipping charges, and some items can only be shipped by truck service.
  • Hazardous merchandise cannot be shipped by air express service. A hazardous shipping charge may be applied for specified items.
  • 2nd Day will only be available for ground orders and orders where the product quantity is under 10.
  • All orders must ship to a physical street addresses (no PO box).

  • Can't find the item in our online catalog? Enter the SKU into Quick Order, along with the quantity you'd like to purchase, and click Add to Cart. If you're still having trouble, contact support at 1-888-756-0547. 
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup at your local branch.
  • If your order contains a backordered item, it will ship separately, based on the method chosen at checkout. A backordered item is when it is out of stock at your local fulfillment location and is awaiting replenishment.
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, you can place an additional order if you need additional items.


  • You can pay online with a credit card or your pre-approved line of credit. You can view your line of credit in your account.
  • If paying with a credit card, your card will be charged once your order is shipped or picked up at your local branch.
